Our Work Process
HYS Yachts implements a carefully studied process for each project. Each phase is closely monitored by the stakeholder, managers, and the team. A computerized project monitoring system helps each members to collaborate and update the task, status, and scheduling. This system and project management tools assist the company to finish the projects on time.

Redesign
The most critical task for any HYS Yachts conversion project comes at the very beginning: accurately identifying the specific lifestyle – or “personality” – the owner would like his or her completed project to convey.

Strip-Out & Functionality
After all design requirements have been satisfied, and the project’s costing has been approved, the strip-out, structural rebuild phase, adding custom functionalities begins.

Building the Luxury
HYS Yachts presents the making of the 45-meter World Explorer Cklass. This fascinating start-to-finish video documentary illustrates the major processes HYS implements in order to convert an industrial Japanese fisheries vessel (MV Lucas) into a luxury world explorer yacht (MY Cklass).
